My family checked into this hotel on Saturday night and were deeply disappointed by the substandard conditions and service. Upon arrival, we found the room’s hand soap and body wash bottles empty. At the front desk, one of the two staff members was unhelpful, stating she didn’t know where the soaps were and offering no assistance. Fortunately, the other employee took initiative, found soap in the storage room, and provided it in cups since the bottles couldn’t be refilled—an inconvenient workaround for a family. On Sunday morning, I requested refills for the soap bottles before we left for sightseeing. Returning around 9 PM, we discovered housekeeping hadn’t serviced the room at all—no refills, no cleaning. The room was already in poor shape: a dirty toilet, a flickering bathroom light bulb, and an unclean table. These issues reflect a clear lack of management oversight, making our family’s stay frustrating. Urgent improvements are needed.

Poor policy- not allowed to enter our room until exactly 3 unless we paid more money. Housekeeping very poor, no Kleenex,no lotion,burnt out bulbs thruout and very dirty and cold room. Breakfast bar- juice and pancake machines out of order, empty food trays not refilled. Shuttle bus driver very rude, we were first to book the shuttle but he didn’t have room for us because other people had so much luggage, so we had to book an Uber to airport at our own expense. Not worth the room price being charged

It was very clean but run down. Things like the shower rack was barley attached to the wall. For breakfast, the juice and pancake machine were out of order. The person i called for the shuttle pick up told me to go talk to the driver to get picked up. They said they can't answer question like where he would pick us up when he comes back, or even if he was coming back. He had just left the airport. I called again 45min later because he never came back. It took another half hr. Then he told us we need to schedule it in advance next time? It was literally 5min away.

When I was looking for a area to stay.I look at the photo's of the area.This place is very misleading and in my eye's must not be very safe.The reason i say this is 4 or 5 cops had car parked down the sreet in walked up the drive to the front of the building while one cop is setting in the Back of the hotel and they all come In the lobby at once as my husband in I got on our Elevator to the second floor. Something came down!!! Did not feel safe here.aug 26 around 10:30 pm we were getting back from our train trip.The place is run down and dirty inside in out.photos are misleading. Really not what we expected. I picked this area cause we had a very early flight out when returning home. This was close to airport. I just feel misleading...

Tv was out for an extended period. Channels didn’t match card. No shampoo, no bath soap, no hand soap. 2 lightbulbs burnt out over the sink. Was provided a bad number couldn’t reach the front desk or shuttle. Had to take a taxi. For $350 a night it should be better. Substantially!!!

AI operator gave incomplete info about airport shuttle. After three calls, including dropped call with desk person, I used a different transport service. Clean enough. Most staff were friendly and helpful.

I know it was just recently taken over, but the place really needs a facelift. The rooms were not cleaned. The curtains were so dirty. It just wasn't the usual Wyndham look.

Filthy dirty scredding towels no blow dryer available for a day and a half. Heater did not work , located in Anchorage Alaska ! Needs major upgrade not worth the rediculous price . Insjde Door lock broke off and evildence that someone had tried to pry all doors open. Staff had oh well attitude.

The room was very dark on the ground floor. The room lights must be improved. The painting in the room was very dull. The bathroom was in good condition. Housekeeping seemed to be doing good job. Front desk agents could be more engaging and guest service oriented. When I greeted the receptionist during checking there was no smile, no greeting back “your iD”. Perhaps more customer service training would be helpful.

Toilet was plugged when we arrived. Staff asked us to unclog it. They don’t satirize it after it had overflowed. Shower was stuck on 100 percent hot water so no shower was possible. Shuttle was twenty minutes late so had to take an uber. Not a good time.
