“Initially, had an issue with the AC unit in my room and toilet was clogged. I requested a room transfer from the front desk staff and they promptly moved me to another room with better AC unit. Our rooms are directly in front of the beach making the view both for sunrise and sunset surreal. All the staffs of the resort were hospitable and warm when they welcomed us.
I would just want to request for some good music in the dinning and pool area as it improves the mood and atmosphere. Also, if……
