There was no clerk on duty upon arrival and another traveller in the party obtained the card key. The property had recently changed hands so there were no amenities as advertised- no breakfast, pool, etc. Rooms were only cleaned when asked. Do not bother with this place…

The inn is under new management as of July 2026. The manager is very friendly and helpful, and the room was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was simple but well prepared and tasty. We had an upstairs room and it was very quiet, except for the AC. We would definitely stay here again.

The only thing our room had was a bed and shower. The following amenities were advertised that were missing: no breakfast buffet no ice machine no premium TV channels no coffee maker or coffee available on site vending machines were empty He did offer to refund our money, but only after we had already checked in and unpacked. We did not feel like loading back up and finding a room after a long days travel. The most disappointing experience of my travels ever.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The shower knob did not work properly, so I couldn’t adjust the water temperature to make it hotter or colder. The bedding also smelled terrible, which made the stay very uncomfortable. Overall, the experience was not what I expected, and I would not stay at this hotel again or recommend it to others.

Breakfast - The property said breakfast on the page .however it did not provide any breakfast. The details on the booking page are misleading. The wifi password provided was hardly 7 letters long.It was not correct.

We stayed here 1 night on the way from LA to Seattle. The place was hard to find off the freeway at night and I didn't see any signs with the motel name. The room looked like it had been recently renovated and the property had recently changed from some chain motel. On the day we stayed there was no free breakfast but for the price point I'm not complaining. It's a motel, nothing more, and it was clean and comfortable. We recently had some bad experiences at more expensive hotels in the Redding area, so we will definitely consider staying here again on our next trip through the area.
