This is a very nice house in a convenient location. The dock and views are fantastic. Communications with Tina were quick and easy. If we visit the area again with the whole family, we'll be sure to stay here.

We enjoyed our stay in this amazing lakeside home. The house itself was large and comfortable for two couples staying there. We had excess room and were able to maintain privacy with upstairs and downstairs living areas. While the decor may not be the most updated, the home itself was clean, well taken care of, and the beds very comfortable. Everything we needed for our stay was provided with plenty of towels and kitchen wares. The kitchen cabinets and drawers were neatly labeled which was helpful in finding everything we needed for preparing meals at the house. Note, the wine glasses are plentiful and located in a cabinet in the dining area. We did not immediately discover this until we wondered what kind of VRBO does not have wine glasses and went out and purchased some. The televisions are huge but with the gorgeous location and nice dock on the lake, we did not spend much time indoors. The kayaks provided and life vests and lake towels easily found in the laundry room, were just perfect. We enjoyed taking the kayaks out, swimming in the lake and just enjoying the sunset lounging on the beautiful dock. The outdoor seating was plentiful and impressively comfortable. The host was very accommodating to us holding a small outdoor gathering with local family members by providing extra chairs and tables and charcoal for the grill. Everyone was impressed with the home and the surroundings. When visiting Anderson, SC, we would absolutely love to stay in this property again.

Perfect spot for morning coffee. We want these chairs for our home, so comfy.

House was amazing and had everything we needed for our 1st clemson football experience, house had plenty of everything for us to use, the dock was really nice to keep my boat at the ready, lake is very nice,there was plenty of parking and tons of open space to visit wuth family

Nice property. We were able to catch several decent catfish off the dock. Kids had great time boat skiing. The water view is great. Clean facility.

Very comfortable home, short walk to the water with a nice dock for multiple boats. Close to boat ramp, grocery store and easy access from I-85.Would definitely recommend to others and would like to return.

Tw generations of girl friends.

The house was Just perfect. Bedroom and bath layouts were perfect for adult couples or in our case. Close friends and adult daughters. Big dining areas and great deck. We rented their pontoon as well. Brought right to the dock. Easy! We had planned on doing pancakes but there was not any kind of griddle or flat bottom slick pan. I asked owner where a Walmart was so I could get one. She brought us a perfect one from her own stash. So very nice. We hope to come back in 3 years when we plan another special gathering. Thanks!

Great Location

Very clean. Tina was very receptive and communication was great. Sunset views are amazing. We stayed over Memorial weekend and could see the fireworks from the shores of Asbury. We look forward to coming back.

Visit to view Clememson University

We had a short stay. The host had the AC and a light on when we arrived which was very thoughtful. The house is beautifully located. Loved sitting on the covered dock in the morning with my coffee and listening to all the beautiful birds. The house is very comfortable. Very comfortable beds with nice linens and pillows. Well stocked. Wish we had a couple more days to enjoy the place.

Parents weekend

Perfect Waterfront Home on Hartwell

Our family stayed in this home during a bass fishing tournament that my son was fishing in. The location was minutes to Green Pond Landing where the weigh-ins were each day. The property was private and amazing. The house was comfortable and extremely clean. We will definitely book this home in the future.

Book Club Retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house on Lake Hartwell! Our hostess and team were very conscientious and helpful in taking care of all our needs. Totally recommend this property and this hostess for a lakefront vacation! The house accommodated our group well: we had a dining table around which all of us could gather, and there was sufficient space in the family room for us all to sit and discuss books. Everyone enjoyed the access to the lake - some had fun in the water and some were spectators -- and a great location for conversations and relaxing. The deck overlooking the lake was also a great place to hang out and chat after dinner. Many thanks to Tina for a lovely and memorable stay!
