“Basically stumbled on these beautifully built, spotlessly clean and very comfortable cabanas. Nice private forest trails for wildlife with gardens and bird watching platforms on the property. It's clear they are making constant improvements (particularly focused on birding groups) and it will only get better with time. Toni and Eladio are fabulous, interesting, knowledgeable and accommodating hosts passionate about the nature and conservation of the region! The meals offered are fresh, delicious……

“Sehr leckeres Abendessen mit Guacamole, Quinoasuppe und Hauptgang (Vegetarisch, Hühnchen oder Alpaka). Frühstück (leckere Pfannkuchen mit Bananen sowie Avocado mit Brot) bekamen wir schon um 05:45 Uhr, sodass wir früh zu unserem Aufstieg nach Cabanaconde starten konnten. Auch nochmal eine Decke zum Schlafen war gar kein Problem. Gerne wieder!”

“Great staff and fantastic rooms. Wonderful grounds. Quiet. Superb breakfast. It is a brief drive from the end of San Pedro, 5+ minutes to the turnoff. Then about 2 minutes on unpaved road. But because of that, transportation needed to get to town for restaurants, shops, tours. We had a rental car from calama airport. We found it difficult to navigate the streets of San Pedro by car and parking was not obvious, for meeting up with tour groups. Also the turnoff onto the dirt road was not……
