「You’re not able to get ice. Unless you want to blocks to a different hotel. They won’t bring it to you. Air conditioning was turned off. You had to sleep with the Windows open. It was extremely hot in the room. We had requested wake up and a taxi. And when we went downstairs, they said no taxes for today. It’s too early in the morning but we had to leave in the 630 bus. So we ended up having to walk 5 to 6 bucks with luggage at 5:15 in the morning. It was really terrible. Don’t book off-season...

「Absolut fantastisk hotel, uden tvivl et af de bedste i Andorra. Hotellet er helt nyt og indrettet med lækre materialer, og servicen var i top. Vi blev opgraderet til en stor suite med skøn udsigt over bjergene og et kæmpe badekar. Kan varmt anbefales.」

「櫃台服務人員很親切有禮貌，讓人覺得很舒服。 早餐也不錯，尤其當一邊用餐一邊看著窗外飄著雪的時候。 旅館在老安道爾最繁榮的大街上，所以逛街購物用走路就可以完成。 一樓大廳有燒著木頭的壁爐，讓來自沒有下雪地區的我們特別有感覺。」

「Staff is friendly. Although not knowing much English, they basically tried their best to communicate with me. Room is okay. I only had a short stay there but in general a good hotel. Breakfast choices are limited but good.」

「Great breakfast, very friendly staff and good location (right across from the Caldea spa and a 5 minute walk to the touristy area). We stayed here for a weekend and had a great time. The bathrooms in the rooms could use an update but that is a very minor complaint.」
