"The water went out around 4pm on Saturday and I couldn't get ahold of the host. I sent 3 messages before I heard back at 9am. We had to melt snow all evening to have water for the toilet. We were unable to shower because the shower wasn't working and needed to check-out before it was fixed. The place was also littered with mouse droppings. "There was a family with three children next door. They were very loud: laughing and playing games, but well past 10:00. I called the front desk at 10:15, 10:45 and 11:45 without and relief. The loud noise continued past midnight. We were unable to sleep In the morning I took a shower: there was not body soap in the dispenser and no bar soap in the bathroom. The tub did not drain."
