Rooms were not ready when we arrived at check in. Left for the evening and when we returned multiple families were still waiting for clean rooms. There was one person working. We did get a room but it had not been cleaned. There was trash in the room, hair in the sink, and the bed was made but the ...

If I didn’t have the lock from the inside of the room housekeeper would have walked in twice. She came at 8 am and then again at 10. Check out is at 12 I was trying to rest before my drive back and that bothered me.
