Great house! Spectacular patio which is probably amazing in the spring & summer! Nevertheless, we enjoyed the hot tub after skiing all day!! My only critique is that the 4th "bed" is not really a bed, it's a convertible sofa and not very comfortable for an adult to sleep on (probably fine for kids tho). Overall, had a great time with family!
