"I am unable to comment on this property. As when we arrived they had no reservation for us. They have taken our money and between them and Expedia we had nowhere to sleep for 2 nights!!!! At this time we cannot decern who is to blame. We will chase Expeida customer services for more answers "

"This is NOT a hotel! The front desk explained that it is a condo rental. That means you do not get any cleaning, even with a8 night stay. And you get 1 bath towel, nothing else. No replacement towels, and no hand towel or washcloths. And you get 1 roll of toilet paper, then you have to buy it yourself. Having said that, the front desk staff was very helpful, when they were present. And it is only 1 block to the beach. If you have a larger rental car, beware of the enclosed parking spaces...

"Had a fantastic 10 days with the family. Our host was very welcoming. Spacious and functional house, inside and out, perfect to accommodate all 13 of us with plenty of communal areas. Ideally designed so that each of our 4 family units had their own bedrooms, bathroom and toilet. "When we arrived we were greeted by a happy, smiling member of staff who promptly checked us in and then proceeded to inform us about the hotel's various facilities and where to go in Les Sables d'Olonne. The hotel itself was only about a year old at the time of our visit and was well maintained. We have nothing negative to say about The Hotel Vertime!"
