Recently renovated, with modern décor and a balcony overlooking the sea! The Smart Fit gym is located about 20 metres from the condominium. Next door is BR Marinas, where you can take boat trips. It has a parking space for your car or motorcycle. The shopping centre has a Zona Sul supermarket, pharmacies, various shops, bars and restaurants, etc. The bus station is less than 3 minutes away by car and 10 minutes on foot. Angra city centre is about 7 minutes away by car. The flat has a double bed, sofa bed, electric shower, microwave, mini-fridge, beer cooler, sandwich maker, espresso and traditional electric coffee maker, 55" smart TV and air conditioning. It does not have a conventional stove or oven.
