“This is a very cozy and well-equipped condo in a stunning location with spectacular views. There's both a Keurig and regular coffee maker, and a waffle iron but no toaster or microwave. “1. Joyce was WONDERFUL and made our trip the best! She baked my daughter a birthday cake and gave her a bottle of wine, which we got to share with her. Joyce's granddaughter, Mya, was and angel and my 3 year old granddaughter was in love with her and her kindness. Yall are THE best.2. “The house is one of four units, only two of which were occupied when we were there. Well-made and well kept, with a fantastic view of Saint Martin from the balcony/porches. Our main problem stemmed from inability to use mapping programs due to the nameless house number and street.
