The hotel staff, especially big man :) were incredibly kind, professional, and always quick to resolve any issues. During my one-week stay, I changed rooms three times, and each time he handled everything promptly and with a positive attitude. I would give the staff, especially Mr. Big man , a 10/10 for their excellent service. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, although they had a few minor issues.

çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi özellikle iri kıyım abi çok kibardı oda temizliği idare eder herhangi bir sıkıntı yaşamadım sadece verilen şampuanlar kalitesizdi. onun haricinde kahvaltı da iyiydi. otelin konumu da gayet iyi bir yerde tam bir f/p oteli eğer ankaraya tekrar yolum düşerse tercih edecegim.

Onun dışında her şey gayet iyiydi.
