Reception and concierge were very helpful. Parking was sorted by hotel which was very helpful being a very busy area. Rooms were clean and shower extremely good. Maid service was excellent clean towels daily and kept clean.

Nicest staff and excellent breakfast

Very nice staff and car service - which came in handy because I arrived at night and there was no parking anywhere near. Kahvaltı was excellent.

Overall an ok stay.

The location of the hotel is great. The front desk was helpful and the breakfast was decent. The rooms; however, left a bit to be desired. The bathroom could have been cleaner and the beds didn't have blankets on them (just top sheets). Overall, it was ok place to stay for two nights.

The hotel is nice. Our room was spacious, clean and pleasant. The bathroom was also very clean. Free parking is provided. The hotel staff speak insufficient English. The breakfast choice was okay for this class of hotel. The hotel is 30 minutes walk from Anitkabir Complex. The area around is lively and offers lots of choices for dining. The hotel however is on a quiet street.

Location- perfect. Very good breakfast. Verg good front office/concierge. Since it is on a hip neighborhood with university students so, some nights can be loud. The biggest problem is the smell of cigarettes/ smoke- 2 possibility: the coffeeshop downstairs- if you are on top of the smoking section of the cafe, you can smell the smoke in some of rooms ( or the guests smoke in some of the rooms even though it is not allowed)

this is our second time staying at this hotel in 2023 June and Feb 2024 The staff at " Bahçelievler Hotels "are the true gems of this establishment. Their commitment to excellence is evident in every interaction. From the friendly receptionists (Ekrem) who greeted us warmly upon arrival to the attentive housekeeping team (Emre )that ensured my room was always pristine, the level of service was outstanding, recommend everyone.

Amazing

Amazing hotel, and the staff are fantastic. Perfect in every way - great location in Bahçelievler, very clean, great rooms, the breakfast is delicious. But the staff is where it excels. For example, on my last night at around midnight, my bathroom sprung a pretty bad leak - reported it to reception and literally within 5 minutes I had been moved to a new room and I was in bed sound asleep again. Will definitely be returning here when I go to Ankara again
