It was okay. They have a gym, but it is small. There is only one treadmill so if someone else is using it you will have to find something else to do. Attention to detail when it comes to cleaning is needed. The internet is only good in the gym and on the first floor. The breakfast options were good. Staff is a hit or miss, especially the night staff. I needed an iron to press my clothes to leave at 0800. I was told an iron would not be available until 1000. I had to stand there and beg for an iron before the bellhop got up to get me an iron. Then he gave me an iron with a burn stain on it. That iron caused the fuse in my room to go out, and I was without electricity in my room for over an hour while trying to pack my bags to leave. They never apologized for what happened which was annoying.

More than just reasonable, but not great

I booked this hotel due to its proximity to our office location and overall it was a reasonable stay. Let's focus on the good: Location - close to where I wanted to be, not too far from the center of Cankaya. Staff - fabulous, spoke very good English, which is a big plus. Breakfast - I am not a big breakfast person, but this hotel offered a good buffet in the morning Room - I was "upgraded" and the room was big, massive bathroom. Now on to the not so great aspects_ Room Maintenance - the windows in the room need a good adjustment, because closing them made you feel like you were about to break them. One night wind pushed one open. Room Maintenance - Outlets / Switches - there were a ton of outlets and light switches, yet when it came to the light switches I am not sure I understood which does what (many seemed to have no purpose). They also could use a good wipe down. Room Cleanliness - I think the room was mostly fine, but the towels left a lot to be desired. One day I had one that looked like someone polished their shoes with them, and on every day there were long black hairs on the towels.

Bad Experience – Would Not Recommend We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The room was small and not clean, which was the first red flag. On top of that, the air conditioning didn’t work, making it very uncomfortable. We also paid for breakfast, but had to leave early. Instead of offering even a bottle of water or a small takeaway, the staff simply said no. No refund or alternative solution was offered at all. On top of that, someone called and knocked our room late at night while we were sleeping, which was extremely unsettling ! Definitely would not stay here again.

Terrible Experience Due to Construction Noise and

I was checked into a room next to a construction site, and I listened to the sounds of jackhammers and construction all day. I couldn't rest. Upon checking out, they asked for additional money but couldn't explain why. A bad experience with this hotel.
