Nothing as promised, I am very disappointed

Air-conditioning is almost non-existent, customer service very bad, very bad English skills. Wifi not working and no interest to fix or compensate. We complained about the AC and they asked us to wait in the room, until they fix us a new one. Nobody came, after two calls to the reception, nothing. Third time there was different staff and they gave us a new room right away. AC was there also very bad, like from the 1970's? Nice to wake up all sweaty.. Only consierge was nice and breakfast the only thing that was as promised.

İş için geldim Hotel .com üzerinden rezervasyon yaptım otele giriş yaptımda yardımcı oldular , oda ter temiz bu kış günüde sıcak tutmuşlar sessiz sakin , sabah kahvaltıya indim gayet iyi salon ve masalar temiz yiyecek çeşitleri güzel içecek te , temizlik servisi de gayet güzel gerçekten memnun kaldım bir daha geldiğimde Dafne hotel tercih edeceğim.

Günübirlik tatil ve iş seyahatleri için ideal.

Vize başvurusu için gittiğimiz için, VFS global ofisine çok yakın olması yani konum açısından süperdi. Otel odası biraz küçüktü ama fiyat/kalite açısından bakıldığında hiç sorun değil. Güzel ve temiz bir yer, iş seyahatleri için ideal.

Otelin mutlaka yenilenmesi lazım. Özellikle halılar çok çok kötü durumda! Temizlik yapılıyorsa bile kötü gözüküyor. Çaiışanlar iyi niyetli.
