Our stay was wonderful! The hotel was beautiful, historic, and very clean. The bed was comfortable and I especially appreciated the blackout curtains in the room. The hotel is also in a great location within walking distance to a lot of shops, cafes, and restaurants. The staff at the hotel were also very friendly and helpful. Additionally, I was able to get a massage while staying at the hotel and it was a comfortable and relaxing experience for a great price. We would definitely stay at this hotel again!

A very clean hotel in a central location. The staff are extremely helpful and even allowed us to check in early at no extra cost. The breakfast is plentiful, and the pub downstairs is a cozy spot to unwind after a long day.

Personel was kind and always there if you needed something The cleaners always put new bottles water in your room whenever you're gone. Which is helpful because the water from the taps are undrinkable They have a pool with a very nice cold temperature. A steamer that gets really really steamy if you keep the door closed. The sauna is also very nice and gets relatively hot They also have a Turkish bath that's very relaxing The massages cost extra but I haven't tried them Do be careful in the pool and outside the hotel tho The pool has some loose tiles that can hurt your feet a bit if you have sensitive skin. And the sidewalk outside had a lot of potholes so watch your step

We enjoyed our stay at the Ickale hotel. It is the best hotel in Ankara. We had experience with other hotels in this area. We love the breakfast. The staff is very kind and helpful. Miraç is so nice and kind. All other staff members are very polite, professional and kind. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely service by the vallet. Beautiful accommodations with comfortable bedding. Adequate gym for leisure trip. A fun Scottish pub that we visited for dinner. Enjoyed everything we ordered, especially the pub chips and garlic sour cream dipping sauce. A lovely spread on the 5th floor terrace for breakfast. Things that could've been better - no newspaper. Pool didn't open until 11am.... unable to visit before leaving. The AC was not very good at keeping up with the hot temperatures throughout the afternoon.

The property looked lovely on the pictures and to be fair it wasn't to bad but like alot of hotels standards are not kept up and was slightly shabby. My kettle didn't work but got replaced straight away. The pillows were lumpy. The cleaner didn't do a good job, lazy i would say, hardly made the bed. Didn't provide more water or coffee, had to ask reception for it. Breakfast was plentiful though with alot of choice.

For visa purposes I had to stay very long in Ankara and among all other hotels I’ve stayed at - this is the very best! Overall I lived here for about 2 weeks. Being recently renovated, outside view is great and really stands out. Interior design is amazing and very consistent. Reception service is outstanding and very friendly. Anything they can help with or fix, they are available, 24/7. Traveling solo, I felt safe. Location is superb, quiet street but very close to everything needed. Room was spacious, bed was very comfortable, selection of pillows is diverse. Breakfast is a bit repetitive, but I did live very long. Overall breakfast was good and nourishing. View from breakfast lounge is great! ☺️ Pub on ground floor is very cool, good food and nice beer selection. Separate and additional notes about spa and pool. I’ve chosen this hotel specifically for it, and I was not disappointed. Good massage, spacious pool, sauna, hammam, relaxation area, gym. Operating hours in November were 10am-10pm. Above all I was very much impressed by courtesy and professionalism of Spa manager Erkan.☺️ Thank you very much! Very tactful, attentive and professional. If I come back to Ankara, I will only stay in this hotel!
