"Lots of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. Nice neighborhood with a great fenced backyard for a visiting dog. Almost a TV in every room. I saw another review that said there was not a second master suite, but I don’t think they realized the second one is on the lower level. Private BR with attached bath. We really liked the heated game room. "

"Fabulous breakfast, way better than the usual hotel fare. Very clean. Loved the pretty new blue + black carpeting. The fellow that checked us in was very kind + accommodating too. Comfy bed. Hot tub was clean and hot. Very reasonable rate too. Overall, an A+."

"Conviently located in central Ankeny Iowa. Very clean and comfortable with updated accommodations! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were supportive and comfortable. Stay included breakfast and all for a competitive price. The hotel exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to family and friends. A great value for the quality and service. We will definitely stay again on return trips to Ankeny. December 2025"
