Landing at The Quinn - Studio in Anna

Our fully-furnished apartments are ideal for monthly or extended stays, featuring full kitchens, in-unit laundry, workspace, stylish furnishings, and fast WiFi. Float the Texas-shaped lazy river pool, unwind on the yoga lawn, or hit the spin studio for a workout. Socialize in the clubroom, play corn hole or billiards, or focus in one of our rentable office spaces.
All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.

For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
