Very convenient hotel
The hotel is very good location just 3 minutes walk from the train station. Easy to go anywhere only short distance walk. And so many restaurants cafe bar and breakfast shop around there. The room is cosy and very clean for one person is ok but a little bit small for 2 people. The mattress is too soft that’s the only thing I don’t like. Staff are very helpful. I will definitely recommend it!

The room is not as good as the pictures in the hotels.com. The bed is comfortable. No air-con, which is ok in the night but a bit hot during the day light. Great location, right next to the train station, 3min walk to the old town area.

Dear customer, Our hotel is a 3 minutes’ walk from the old town area, right in the city center, and less than 10 minutes from the lake. Everything is within walking distance, and the reception team likes to give tips about what to do in our beautiful region as well as good addresses. Our 32 rooms are indeed all different and have their own personality, respectful of the general style and atmosphere of our hotel. We are doing our best to show a representative panel online with pictures of each room category. Cher client,L’emplacement de notre hôtel est effectivement central, tout proche de la gare et de tous les centres d’intérêt de notre belle ville : les vieux quartiers et le canal sont au bout de la rue, le lac à moins de dix minutes à pied, et notre clientèle peut profiter de tous les magasins, bars et restaurants du centre ville ou du centre historique à pied. Nous vous accueillons toujours avec le sourire et vous donnons volontiers nos bonnes adresses et des conseils pour les visites. Accueil très aimablebien que nous soyons arrivés avant l'heure. Mise à disposition d'un plan de la ville sans qu'on ait à le demander. Chambre propre, calme, moderne et bien équipée. Bonne isolation phonique et thermique. Hôtel près de la gare et proche de tout : du centre historique, du lac... Petit déjener super !

Personnel très accueillant, tout a été bien expliqué notamment le fonctionnement pour le parking. Un plan de la ville est proposé dès votre arrivé. L'hôtel est propre et très chaleureux on se sent vite a l'aise dans sa chambre. Je recommanderais cet hôtel et pourrait y revenir sans hésitations si je retourne à Annecy.

Hotel super antigo, não possui elevador, ou seja, tive que subir 4 malas de 23kg por 2 andares. A recepcionista ajudou, mas mesmo assim tive que carregar 3, subindo e descendo. Quarto com carpete e cheiro forte. Chão do quarto vazia mto barulho quando andávamos, banheiro era bom e reformado. Cama barulhenta e não mto confortável. Todos os recepcionistas eram bem atenciosos. Tem uma padaria bem embaixo do hotel o que ajuda bastante, apesar de fechar as 19h. Região super tranquila e cidade lindíssima!

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is in a perfect location to discover Annecy. Good parking solutions with discounted underground parking 2 minutes away. Ask for some restaurant recommendations, they are spot on.
