Modern appartement at 3 minutes walking to the beach.
one separate bedroom and her italian shower
a nice sejour and kitchen with all the equipment.
the terrace is facing the ocean and the beach .
you have a nice outside sofa to relax on and a dinning table for any occcasion watching the view.
you have also a jacuzzi and a plancha grill to enjoy your dinner or lunch time.

the condo is located in Anse Marcel in the french side( only 2 units there so very private) in one of the nicest beach.
walking distance to restaurants, grocery , water sport and shopping.
perfect for a hideaway vacation.
then you have at 5 mn by car the bigger gocery store SUPER U and shops.
for outside dinner orient baie or grand case at 5 mn also with ones of the best gastronomie restaurants.

We had a wonderful week in Anse Marcel. The condo was modern, clean, comfortable and well appointed. The spent many happy hours on the veranda enjoying the spectacular view. The condo is a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and small market in Anse Marcel. It was our first visit to St. Marten and we look forward to our next visit and would gladly rent this property again.

Amazing stay! Breathtaking view from the balcony! New, clean, spacious apartment. The bed is huge, the pillows are nice, and the AC is amazingly quiet-you hear nothing! I am very sensitive to noise—this place is pure tranquility. :) Very nice owner, always available when /if needed. Ansel Marcel Beach is the best I've been to in St. Martin. The restaurant on the beach is high quality! I walked to the beach up and down the hill in 7-8 minutes, but you can drive; there is free parking by the beach, and you can walk for 2 minutes.

Perfect holiday

Very nice apartment with beautiful view. Very clean with comfortable furniture and kitchen with all amenities. Communication very easy, fast and cordial. Overall great location, quiet with a nice beach, some restaurants and stores.

Beautiful View!

Enjoyed our two week stay , great outdoor space beautiful views. Indoors new , comfortable and clean . Enjoyed the huge smart Tv with Netflix and Apple TV . Stephanie was a great host she made sure we were all set up and comfortable. We had the best maid service after our first week , Property is gated on a steep grade be prepared for that , but it is so worth it .

Great apartment in good location

Apartment has a great view over the Anse Marcel. Very clean. Communication with the host was perfect. She greeted us upon our arrival and provided with all practical info. Beach, couple of restaurants and small grocery shop near by. You need to have a car to do the sightseeing, go to Orient beach restaurants and do small errands. The roads in this part of the island are steep and narrow so consider renting a four wheel car.

Thimajaste was wonderful !!

This place is wonderful, the property is really well done, full of stylish details, good quality furniture. We stayed at the ground unit, at first I was afraid not to have privacy, far from that, is a quiet place, nice terrace and very private, gets a lot of light and has everything you need. The kitchen is very well stocked and high quality appliances. Anse Marcel is a amazing spot in Saint Martin close to the best restaurants and beaches. A car is a must to get the property but the truth is, you need one in Saint Martin to really enjoy the island. The terrace is a good way to spend an afternoon with wine in hand. Stephanie and Thierry are great hosts. They’re on hand for anything you need. Communication was really fast and easy. I would recommend staying here! We certainly hope to be back soon. Thanks a lot Stephanie, We almost forgot Airfrance lost our luggage and we had to spent the week with any beach clothes.

Nice gated community in a quite and secure neighborhood. The owner was super nice and had great communication with us. It was our first time and she made everything comforting and easy. Beautiful scenery with very modern equipment. The place is spotless. If I have a chance I'd definitely go back

Perfect stay in new property.

The owner of the property gave us easy directions to the hilltop location. The house is brand new with beautiful views. Very close to shops and beaches. Highly recommended! We enjoyed our stay.
