"This is a family ran lodge with plenty of character. Rudy and Claudia are very helpful and attentive The dogs, cat, llama and little rabbit are super friendly as well. Perfect place to kick back and relax, it is a little tough to get in and out of there so plan accordingly. The place is a little rough on the edges, but that is the exact appeal. "One of the best travel experiences I have had. Xavier and Erica are incredible hosts and people. The lodge and grounds are beautiful. Filled with beautiful plants , trees, and flowers. "This was incredible. If you are looking for a 5 star resort this may not be for you , but if you want a real authentic experience with an incredible view , I mean incredible. (This is saying a lot as I am from Alaska and have a high level of expectation for views ) the family that runs the base camp and restraint were so sweet this was one of the most memorable stays I’ve had in my life. Can’t wait to plan my trip back here! "

Very quiet rooms Super nice beding Great breakfast that runs from 5am to 10am Very good and well priced restaurant Well priced for the service overall The neighborhood could be nicer. But it is safe and close enough to walk anywhere. Plus it is very close to the airport. I would stay in this hotel again."

"This hotel is a complete adventure, it’s beautiful and makes you feel so connected to nature. You feel you are almost touching the stars. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff is friendly and really helpful. A must to experience if you go to Ollaytantambo. Not a place for people looking for party or going to town. It’s very far away and very difficult to access, so make your plans about going and staying there ."

"The location is pretty nice because its close enough to walk to the main attractions but also not too far a taxi ride from the airport. The staff was polite and get me situated quickly. The bed was good, but the bathroom was older and not as clean as I'd like. Breakfast was ok too, but there were not many different options for dietary restrictions (i.e., vegetarian, vegan, gluten free). Overall, it was solid for a last minute one night stay and the interior design of the common areas with the atriums is super cool, but it also makes for a noisy sleep unfortunately, so I might try a different spot next time but would still recommend it as a good budget option."

"This hotel is amazing. The staff was very helpful and catered to our every need. They provided tea immediately upon arriving which helped a lot with my altitude sickness. They provide breakfast daily and they give you many different of food for you to decide between. You can choose all of them as well, and the food is all very high quality. I am not a native Spanish speaker, and they helped me and translated and talked with me, and made sure I understood and was getting what I wanted. They also asked what time we wanted our breakfast if we were going to leave early, and provided it when we needed to leave early. Inside the room, there was a TV, chargers, and a HOT shower. They provided room cleaning options daily, and we always came back to a spotless room every time. The beds were clean, shampoo and soap provided, and all super beyond up to par. This hotel is also very much walkable, and located near a lot of stores that give water and food when needed. There are literally no issues that I have with this hotel. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. My only complaint is that I couldn’t spend more time here. 5/5, 100/100, 10/10"

"We booked a suite after sleeping the three nights before in a tent on the Inca Trail. It was perfect. The room had lots of living space and a comfortable king sized bed. We took advantage of laundry services and were able to have our hiking clothes cleaned before we had to check out the next morning. The hotel is in a nice location on the Main Street and near the hot springs."
