"Hotel staff deceived us when we needed to change the date booked. Hotel staff said if we booked again for the correct night, they would refund us for the wrong night booked. Instead they convinced us to rebook and then refused a refund after waiting at their hotel for over an hour. Completely unacceptable ..."

"Es wird eine gute Arbeit unter schwierigsten Bedingungen geleistet. Ein großer Teil der Umgebung ist vom Erbeben 06.02.2023 zerstört und bisher nur teilweise geräumt. Ich war bei den Menschen dort sehr gut aufgehoben. Nur wenn Gäste kommen verdienen sie dort notwendiges Geld. Vielen Dank."
