I stayed for 10 days at £3273. Regrettably the room was infested with ants. I first noticed a couple on my first night...then on the second I felt a crawling sensation on my face as I laid on the bed. To my horror after brushing the area an ant fell onto the bed. The next day I noticed that by the bed there were at least 8 or 9 ants. I looked around thr room and noticed the room was actually infested....on the headboard...by and under the bed....coming from under the skirting..in the bathroom....many groups ants of different sizes. I called the services and they initially offered to 'clean' the room to which I agreed but during the wait and upon closer and throurough inspection I concluded the issue was far more of an issue than what any cleaner could possibly resolve with bug spray. I called again to explain and asked to speak to a manager so they may attend and discuss....but was put on hold for some time so i hung up....I then took multiple videos of the different areas and I went down to the reception, where I was again offered a cleaner....I declined and requested to be moved to another space....after a quick telephone conversation in turkish with what i assume was a manager.... the employee on the desk agreed and advised me to go and pack. Before packing I decided to do a closer inspection of the room.... removing all the bed sheets....under the bed sheets the mattress was filthy with particles of dirt and or food, possibly dead bugs also..

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und sehr gut aufgestellt. Die Personalkräfte sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Über dir Auswahl der Speisen und deren Qualität ist nichts negatives zu erwähnen. Es schmeckt einfach sehr gut und bekommt sehr schnellen Hunger. Es ist für jeden zu empfehlen.

Having stayed at many all inclusive resorts in Antalya, Titanic Mardan Palace was by far the most outstanding and exceptional resort. Everything at Titanic Mardan Palace was absolutely amazing. The rooms, staff, amenties, the grounds, the food and every other aspect was fabulous. We rate it as the best in Antalya and our family will definitely be returning from here on. A big thank you to all staff, in particular Cem Acar at reception, Seda, Tulin and Muhsin in the restaurant - your Turkish hospitality was top notch.

The worst place I stayed at. Supposed to be all inclusive with 10 restaurants, it turns out there’s only one restaurant that opens 24/7 with the tiniest menu, and buffet that opens a couple of hours. Rest of the restaurant we had to pay for and reserve before hand if we find reservations. We had a duplex the downstairs ac was broken for five nights we couldn’t sleep, there was ants everywhere and they said because we had a hookah but in the bedrooms? We had to shower with cold water and water flow was weeeek. We had to fight people over lounge chair next to the pool. It was not worth the price!!

I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The staff were unfriendly and unprofessional, and the service was extremely poor. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy my vacation at all. In particular, the behavior at the bar was very unpleasant, as the staff were unkind and never smiled at the guests . I paid a large amount of money for this hotel, but it was not worth the price at all. All the restaurants were extra charged except for the main one, and the food there was repetitive every day. Overall, I feel that the quality and service did not match the amount I paid .

Wir sind als Familie angereist. An sich war alles wunderbar. In der nähe vom Hotel ist jedoch nichts fussläufig zu erreichen. Essens und Getränke Qualität Super. Was mich bei der Riesen Anlage gestört hat, war leider das gefühlt 500 Liegen waren und Gäste das doppelte. Jeden Morgen waren die Liegen bereits lückenlos um 7:00 Uhr mit Bade Tüchern blockiert. Bis 11-12:00 Uhr waren kaum welche da . nur verärgerte Gäste weil keine Plätze zu finden waren. Wenn man dies Ausser betracht zieht dann ist das Hotel Mega. Einige Wenige Bedienungen waren leider nicht so freundlich. ( Lobby und Restaurant Bereich) Man hat gemerkt das nicht alle vom Fach waren und Lustlos rumgelaufen sind. Im Aussenbereich waren die Bedienungen echt Top , schnell und Sympatisch. Vor allem die mit Inline Skates mehr wie 100% gegeben. Ich Persönlich würde das Hotel nicht nochmal Besuchen. Dafür ist das Hotel viel zu Protzig aufgebaut, ebenso die Gäste. Denke eher für Paare ohne Kinder. Oder aber auch für die die das Protz Volle Lieben. Für mich Persönlich ein Tick zu viel. Aber Qualität an Essen und Trinken kann man mur empfehlen.

Das Hotel hat mir persönlich sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal ist super nett die Zimmer waren relativ sauber, jedoch müsste mehr Staub gewischt werden. Wir hatten einen sehr guten Lobby Mitarbeiter erwischt der uns ein besseres Zimmer gab als wir gebucht haben und das fand ich Mega korrekt und das macht schon einen sehr guten Eindruck. Das Essen war super da kann ich mich gar nicht beklagen. Sollten sich einige hier in den Kommentaren sich Beschwerden dann kann ich das sowieso nicht nachvollziehen. So viel Auswahl und Mega lecker geschmacklich.Wir Türken können das einfach. Der Pool war auch Mega genau wie auf den Fotos sehr groß. Auch der Strand war Mega. Ich gebe euch einfach nur einen Tipp wenn ihr im Strand oder im Pool liegen wollt, müsst ihr euch schon früh genug euch einen Platz nehmen, da die meisten Russen etc. unverschämt ihre Sachen früh am Morgen packen um es zu reservieren. Das einzige, was mir nicht gefallen hat in diesem Hotel ist ehrlich gesagt das Entertainment. Da erwarte schon, dass man besser unterhalten wird.

Kurz und knapp: Die Reise war insgesamt gut – aber Front Office und Housekeeping benötigen dringend Verbesserungen. Bei der Ankunft war der Empfang sehr kühl. Die Rezeption konnte unsere Expedia-Reservierung zunächst nicht finden und erst nach unserem Nachweis bestätigen. Ein junger Mitarbeiter erklärte uns nur kurz die Frühstückszeiten und meinte, wir könnten selbst ins Zimmer gehen. Informationen zu Internet, Restaurant oder allgemeinen Hoteleinrichtungen erhielten wir nicht. Das Zimmer war groß und gut ausgestattet, aber die Reinigung war unzureichend. Insgesamt wirken Hygiene und Sauberkeit im Hotel, am Strand und an den Pools verbesserungswürdig. Im Badezimmer war die Decke über der Arbeitsplatte schmutzig, ein Kopfkissen wies schwarze Flecken auf. Nach Vorlage der Fotos an der Rezeption gab es weder Rückmeldung noch Entschuldigung. Enttäuschend war auch das À-la-carte-Restaurant, das trotz All-Inclusive 50 € pro Person extra kostete. Bei der Reservierung wies uns niemand auf den Preis hin – wir erfuhren es erst von einem anderen Gast. Die Anlage selbst braucht eine Sanierung: viele Bereiche sind abgenutzt, das Poolwasser war nicht wirklich sauber. Hier besteht deutlicher Handlungsbedarf.

Been here 3 times now. No area is ever too busy. Staff are amazing and fulfilled any requests promptly. The pool and spending the day there is our favourite activity. Food is great, with a lot of diversity without compromising quality. Favourite resort by far and will go here again.
