Relaxing sorroundings

Nice stay, but you immediately notice that this is a totally new facility and the Staff needs some experience. That were very nice, but there were small chaos sets at breakfast etc. In general very nice, and I assume that in a year they will be top efficient also.

Eigenlijk is het allemaal tip top in orde voor een korte vakantie indien je nood hebt aan een evenwicht tussen rust en actie. Groot nadeel: de winkel en de beperkte/dure producten. Als je met een gezin reist wordt het al snel een hele dure grap. Best neem je dus zoveel mogelijk etenswaren en drank zelf mee!

bon sejour global gros soucis au niveau du confort car le site est frequente par des jeunes qui crées des nuissances sonores j ai passé les deux nuits sans fermes l'oeil c est pas terrible quand on cherhce le repos ... je ne recommande pas heureusement le personnel etait tres gentil

Das schlechteste jemals erlebte!

Leider nicht zu empfehlen. Überfordertes Personal, überzogene Preise, schlechter Service. Das Personal spricht kein Englisch und es sind eine vielzahl unausgebildeter Servicekräfte im Einsatz. Ohne Golf Kart oder ohne Fahrrad ist man auf dem Areal gezwungen Kilometerweit zu Fuss zu gehen. Es gibt manchmal einen Shuttle aber 20 Minuten warten andauernd im Urlaub ist keine Lösung. Die Golfkarts sind nur auf Vorbestellung verfügbar und stehen dann auf dem Resort rum und werden kaum genutzt. Da die Fahrräder auch ausgebucht waren hat man uns E-Bikes angeboten. Für 50€ pro Person und Tag!!!!! Wir hätten also für unseren Aufenthalt 600€ für das LEIHEN von E-Biles bezahlen sollen. Bei einer Autovermietung bekommt man ein Auto über das Wochenende für teilweise um die 80€. Das ist nicht nir unverschämt, es wird hier gezielt der Kunde abgezockt. Das Essen im Restaurant, keine Hauptspeise unter 35€ war so schlecht und ungenießbar das unser Urlaub im Grunde schon am ersten Tag ein kompletter Reinfall war. Beschwerden wurden gehört und man hat keine Entschuldigung oder sonst etwas bekommen. Nach einer sehr ausführlichen Mail an das Management kam die Antwort: Schade das ihre Erwartungen nicht erfüllt worden sind. Keinerlei Reflektion auf das eigene Unvermögen. Das Frühstück ist die größte Unverschämtheit zu einem Preis von 60€ muss man dankbar sein wenn man noch etwas Brot oder Wasser bekommt.

Veel werk nog aan hun service Bijvoorbeeld hun shuttlebus systeem is een rampzalige organisatie Terwijl er golf karretjes leeg staan maar die kan je niet meer huren als je eenmaal op het parc bent enkel op voorhand 🤔

Fantastisk ophold

Vi havde det dejligste ophold som familie. Så smukke omgivelser, så lækre hytter. Der manglede intet. Mange gode aktiviteter. Især dem på vand. Vi kommer helt klart igen, på et længere ophold.

Une séjour très agréable même très sympa , le village nature est très complet et viens juste de ouvrir , mes enfants ont profites de la piscine intérieur et extérieurs chauffés avec jeux - il y a de très nombreuses activités comme vélo autour rivière, canoë, vol montgolfière, planneurs , restaurants bio et végétariens aussi - accueil agréable le personnel est cool et très dynamiques on y retournera et demanderons devant le lac une maison sans les arbres super sympa que l on a visiter à citer de notre cottage très luxueuse et propre très complet - il b y avait plus de vélos électriques que des normaux - on vous conseille de réserver par l pas ou site web nous avez pas réservé à l avance - un village nature nouvelle génération mieux que les autres ou nous sommes beaucoup restés - a découvrir. Nous on y retourne 7 jours début août

Nous sommes des adeptes des villages natures que nous Fresquetons - c est une Grande découverture c est un eco resort luxe avec habitation lodge villas très belles et bien décorés , pas de voiture sur le site que voiturette Ekectrique les vélos meme électriques disponibles , canoë , ski nautique et même vol montgolfière mon premier baptême - un seul bémol le petit déjeuner qui etait légèrement long mais on pardonne il venait juste de ouvrir - on y retourné en août plus longtemps car beaucoup activités à faire
