“The property is located in a residential area about 750 metres from the nearest metro station. The property is well maintained and the apartment was well supplied. The elevator is small allowing only one person at a time if you have 2 or more pieces of luggage and you have to climb more than 10 steps from street level to get there. There are grocery stores about 400 metres from the property. You can easily get to everywhere you want to go in Athens using the transportation system.”

“Host informed me in advance that I will be alone in the hotel and self check myself in. So I have to find how things work, like turn on the water to the toilet tank, open and close water heater,a/c unit,plug on fridge. Its ok that Gabriela trusted me to occupy their place alone. Place was clean, kitchen has utensils to use.”

“The cleanliness of the rooms are excellent,the maids do a great job keeping things clean,the staff are very helpful and attentive,breakfasts are very good,the lady with blonde hair rani was really nice lady and would always be polite and courteous,she is a real asset to the hotel,overall my stay there was very good,thanks for your time in making my stay there a happy one.”

But they didn’t respond to my messages and calls until one hour before actual arrival. The second, the apartment was terrible - it was dirty and the bathrooms were in terrible conditions. The third, the check-out time is noon but a man with two women came at 11 am and started pushing us out in a very rude manner and scared my children. They left us alone only when I……

“Needed a hotel close to the hospital where on of us got a broken arm set. The neighborhood is not very good but the hotel was new and outstanding and the staff were very accommodating. It was close to the metro too.”

“Was a good area, not a tourist area so you got more local prices of places to eat and shop, close enough to walk to the tourist attractions or take the bus. Athens is a big metropolis city so you have the typical big city issues, like traffic, street work, homeless people. Overall good stay”

“This is the BEST hotel I have ever stayed at in Athens. There is a Gym and amazing customer service, Hector, made me feel rite at home helping me with everything I need, I highly recommend to stay here for a night layover, a couple of night, or even a long stay, there is an amazing breakfast every morning from 7. To 11am, the rooms are big, abs the beds are VERY comfortable Hi class mattresses. The location is just perfect with balconies and the best views, also on the roof top is a jacuzzi……

“Had a great stay here. Charis and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely big rooms with huge balconies, spotlessly clean and seemingly newly decorated. My partner and I loved the area - though I should note, the couple we were travelling with was less enthusiastic. If political graffiti isn't your thing, Exarchia probably isn't for you!”
