Overall, we had a great stay. We got the studio suite. It is spacious with a well-equipped kitchen, little dining table, loveseat.
One really nice bonus is free laundry which also happened to be just outside our room. There are a few machines.
The hotel is right near the station.
The staff was really welcoming and friendly overall. One person even helped us find the best options to travel onwards to Paris.
The only negative thing was during the last day, the power went out during a light snowfall. The hot water still worked, but the power remained out while we checked out (1hr or so total probably). The desk agent told us the manager was arriving in 20 minutes, but the elevator was inoperable. We could wait or take the stairs from the 7th floor where the lobby and our room was. We took the stairs because we had a train to catch. Some floors in the stairwell were not even lit, so we had to use our phone flashlights. Then, when we reached the bottom, the power came back on. Unfortunate, communication and urgency should have been better, and the emergency lighting must be better.
If we came back, we'd strongly consider this hotel again.
