“The hotel decor was lovely, the bar and bar staff were great with a good variety of drinks and a good atmosphere. I only marked the staff/service down because it took reception a while to find our booking and they didn't apologise for the error. “The room we got is at the -1 floor, but not the basement. So it was wide and bright and near the trees. It's for a discount so it liked it pretty much. The front desk staff is always friendly and smiley, knowing I was drunk and played along. Kudos to the guy at late night! The location is right near a park, and about 5min walk to metro. There's even a post box on the way so we sent some postcards. Not far from European Parliament and the Council. Could be great for a business trip or family……
