"Location is perfect as close to the train and town Beds are narrow and rooms are tight but manageable. Shower and bathroom nice Attached bar is very cute and the pizza was tasty Only negative comment is that Carpets could use some maintenance / refreshing"

"The airport shuttles are not continuous. I had to take a cab to the hotel. Once at the hotel, I had to wait to check in, as the front desk is not manned continually. I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. I asked to have my room serviced, and the front desk started to push back and required me to insist that they service the room. The hotel appears to be structured for a single night's stay."

"Friendly atmosphere, clean, lots of tables & chairs to chat & eat on ground floor. Very helpful staff. 3 min walk from Diegem station. At checkout Jun 9, a gentlemen at concierge & maintenance gent helped me break the manual padlock on my luggage as I misplaced the key. They did the extra mile without much fuss to help me with my unusual problem. Very much appreciated!"
