“Nice place to stay with family”

“The resort is big and beautiful. The staffs are friendly and so nicely with the customers. The villa is clean and organized. Would recommend to my friends later. ”

“Oh! man great place. Nice and quiet. People still outside, chit chatting around 11pm. There’s a nice little convenience store right in the same building and I didn’t even know it was there till the very last night. You can find zero coke which is hard to find in some places. Me, being from America we like the peace and quiet this was great. My stay was good. Apartment had a great view. All the a amenities. Only thing no hot water in the shower. And yet I didn’t care. Definitely would……

“It is an apartment not a room inside the Blue Saphire Resort. The picture might cause confusing that you rent a room in the resort.”

“Wonderful stay, the property is really great, there is security guard at the door opening for all guests. Every single one is super polite. Easy to rent bike around, easy access to the beach and everything. Kiddy pool was a blast, sauna was cool too. We utilized all the amenities offered. The apartment itself is clean and appliances are nice. We like the fact there is a washing machine onsite. Cute decoration!”

“The check in was terrible long. Even though we already communicated on WhatsApp and has confirmed the check in time. The bathroom towels was dirty and ripped. I was of the ratings of this place I was so disappointed it. ”

“・フロントスタッフ、ベルスタッフの対応がとてもいい。 ・バルコニーからの眺望がよく、開放感がありリラックスできた。 ・アメニティが充実していたが、室内用の使い捨てスリッパが見当たらなかった。 ・室内は清潔感があり、広さも十分、快適だったが、広さの割にソファが小さい。もっと大きなソファに変えたほうが良い。 ・寝心地が良いマットレスだった。 ・ベッドルーム窓側のコンセントの一つに不具合があり充電プラグを差し込むことができなかった。 ・９０分のマッサージを受けたがレベルが高い施術だった。 ・朝食は選ぶのが楽しいビュッフェだっが、いくつか不満点がある。卵料理がなかったこと、フルーツが途中でなくなっても補充されなかったこと、ジュースの種類が少ないこと、コーヒーが美味しくないことなどである。ベトナムはフルーツが豊富でコーヒーも美味しいというイメージだったのでその点は不満である。 ・レストランスタッフの対応が良い。 ”
