The deck is almost brand new! We do get wind and leaves this time of year, but it was blown off before you arrived! The walking path is very short and has a security light! Some folks just have a need to complain.

An area of the carpet was pulling away from the closet door. A piece of mounding took care of it.

Thanks Shawn, I’m working on that shower. The old system we had tore up and I have purchased a much better system, but with us being so busy in the summer, I haven’t had a chance to install. The new system will be very nice once I get it in there. In the meantime, I guess a bath will have to do.

Jim’s real complaint is that it rained during his entire stay and he wanted a refund. Jim had no complaints when I contacted him to make sure everything was to his satisfaction. I’m sorry Jim, but I can’t control the weather. The photos show everything as it is. The ac temperature is easily controlled.

The tub is so large that even with a big hot water heater like we have, it can be difficult for back to back baths. However, this week we have added a hand held shower that will make things much better for our guests.

A handheld sprayer has been added as of this morning. The yellow flies can be bad this time of year, but I just ordered some beach balls to paint and make sticky. This is apparently working for some of our neighbors.

I'm not sure what the smell was, but we have disinfected everything trying to find it. We are working on adding a shower to the tub.....hopefully soon.

I’m sorry you had a bad experience. Where to begin? First, there is a street sign and no one has ever had a problem seeing it. Secondly, there were two chairs in the closet that are often used by guests. Third, there is a table (it’s painted green). Fourth, I am sorry about the plastic, but I was having construction done on the main part of the house and the workers made a mess. It’s clean now. Fifth, I sent you an email on arrival date detailing everything and said to please let me know if you needed anything or had any problems. You told me that you didn’t read the email. I provide a very clean room and bathroom with clean towels and linen. It has cold, adjustable a/c and a comfortable king size bed. I also provide a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The photos I provide on the website are legitimate. What you see is what you get. The room was full for most of the summer and we had rave reviews with little to no complaint. I would hope that in the future, you are more considerate of your comments and ratings.
