"We requested a king bed and got two twins, one of which was horribly squeaky. Every time I moved while on it, it screeched.... Not great when we already knew we'd get very little sleep having to get up at 2:00 a.m. for an early morning flight. Plus, the front desk people flat out ignored me on a couple of occasions when I approached the desk with a question. I don't know if I was supposed to do something special to get them to acknowledge me and to help me. I assumed my presence at the desk would indicate I needed some assistance."

"Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet was nice. The hotel looks worn and needs an upgrade but it was clean. The elevators will bring you to your floor but there are stairs you need to climb. The hotel porters were very helpful with our luggage."
