I couldn’t open it, but luckily my sister was with me and was able to.When I checked out, I also had trouble and gave up and was about to ring the contact number, but tried again - and it worked first time. I have no idea what I did differently.”

"We have our family trip in TAS for five days and we chose this hotel as out two day accomodation, a great place with free car park in front of the building, comfortable bed and shower, its away from the city but we find some good park for leisure, we drive to ferry pier in a few minutes. It is a valuable choice for the family to visit Hobart."

"The good things are the motel is pretty close to the supermarkets and a amazing italian restaurant, just a few minutes walking distance. However, if there is hot water or warm water in the bathroom at night is much appreciated since when I turned on the shower for 20mins at about 1900, but still no hot water, even I tried in the mid night again. The staff, she kept asking anyone bathed yet, it may take an hour to have hot water if that is a case and claimed the water is not freezing. I can assure that if that is case, your motel may be overestimate capacity for guests. Anyway, the room is clean and fit with the photo description. "
