“The room I booked (deluxe suite with double queen beds in a separate bedroom and sofa sleeper in rhe living room) wasn't available although the desk attendant said the computer said the room should be available, but he couldn't figure out exactly which room number it was, so they put us in a different room.
That room was dirty. I pulled out the sofa sleeper and the mattress cover was yellow and dirty and the sofa sleeper mattress had urine stains on the underside. And there was a ziploc bag……
