"Efficient property for overnight. Good bed, good, hot shower, good free breakfast. Needs some updating...dark hallways, smoke smelling elevator. If you get shuttle from the airport, expect atleast 30 minutes."

"Parking is $12 per day but with in-out privileges Room included a full kitchen and den! The ice machine on the 3rd floor was broken but the kitchen staff kindly gave us ice. The potatoes with breakfast were VERY salty. Otherwise the complimentary breakfast was good."

"This is a beautiful hotel with very attentive, friendly staff. Valet parking was easy, room was spacious and clean, and the complementary food was quite good. We walked to PPG Arena and found it very convenient. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The rooms were clean, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly!! The location was exactly what we needed for a concert at PPG arena. The rooms could use some updates, including more modern outlets and charging amenities. WiFi access up in the rooms was a challenge when working out of the room."

"The rooms were very clean and well appointed. The check in was very quick and the cookies were delicious. We had an issue with the bathroom sink but it was fixed very quickly. Thr location was perfect for the concert we went to at PPG."

"I don't think the outside from the parking lot was the most inviting. But once inside, it's very well lit and beautiful. And the room was excellent, minus having no USB ports for charging. The bed was great, the bathroom was very nice."
