Near Ajaccio, in an exceptional environment, 15 minutes from Lava beach, and at the foot of the hiking trails, this old stone building, completely renovated in 2016 welcomes you in the heart of the small typical village of Appietto, 440 m above sea level.
You will discover a quiet village in a cordial atmosphere.
The house (35 m²), on two levels, is equipped with every comfort for four people.
Ground floor: a living room-kitchen of 18 m² and a terrace overlooking a small square, a convertible sofa for two people.
Upstairs: a large bedroom of 12 m² and a bathroom.
Bedding and linens are provided.
The accommodation's equipment includes: Wifi (free), television, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, small household appliances, garden table and plancha.
It is not suitable for our animal friends. For the comfort of all, smoking is prohibited inside.
Many outdoor activities are practiced in the nearby surroundings: diving, sailing, kayaking, jet-skiing, sea trips, paragliding, canyoning, hiking, via-ferrata, tree climbing, tennis and golf.
At 3Km: bakery, mini-market, tobacconist, hairdresser, bar-restaurants, medical office and pharmacy.
15 minutes from Lava beach, you are 20 minutes from the city of Ajaccio, 29 minutes from Ajaccio Bonaparte airport and the ferry terminal.
