You can walk to everything downtown! All the restaurants and bars, the Fox Cities Exhibition Center, the PAC, the art and history museums, Lawrence University, all the downtown events, and more. And if you're driving, you are only about a half hour from Green Bay or Oshkosh.

You will have the entirety of this fully renovated house. 3-4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and lots of extra space. Tons of original character, hardwood floors and a clawfoot tub. Fully stocked kitchen. Driveway will comfortably park 5-6 cars.

Just so you are aware, the house is located on a busier street with a railroad crossing nearby. But that also means that there are businesses nearby for your convience such as two restaurants across the street and many others within a couple of blocks.

Stayed here for a Packer game and it was perfect. Very clean and unique house with lots of character. Great location close to bars and restaurants - and 30 minutes to Lambeau. Host is super friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautifully restored historic home! We appreciated the spacious floor plan, comfortable furniture, wonderful dining table with comfortable chairs and amazing hot shower! Perfect location if you plan to wander College Avenue or attend the fine arts downtown. The backyard is charming and allowed us to sit amongst the flowers and catch up with our friends. The house was spotless and decorated nicely. We had dinner reservations at Lombardi's Steakhouse and it was only about a four/five block walk. The owner was excellent to work with and lived near by so they managed taking out the garbage and other things most VRBO properties ask the renter to do, so very cool.

Great stay!

Beautiful house with plenty of space for our family Christmas gathering! It was spacious and well-stocked, making our stay very comfortable. The only minor drawback was the tight parking, but given the area, it’s understandable and not something easily changed.

We had a quick stay over Easter weekend. Super fast booking and great communication. He were about to play games at the table and socialize in the living room. Fun space to check out. Everyone slept very good.

Great location near downtown. House had everything we needed for adults and teenagers. Unfortunately, we didn’t go for a walk due to temps, but so much to do nearby.

Girls trip to go to the PAC! It’s within walking distance as well as many bars and restaurants! Very spacious and decorated so cute! We loved it and would definitely rent this place again.

Summer Christmas

We really enjoyed the home and the location. There were restaurants we could easily walk to. Keri was very helpful in providing help as far as places to visit. You can tell Keri put small little touches into the home to make our trip that much more enjoyable.

Oshkosh flying

Perfect for 4 pilots attending an annual fly in at Oshkosh . Just a bit of road noise making it a little difficult to sleep soundly but overall a neat stay. Nice Mexican restaurant across the street.
