「When we arrived, we found the property hadn’t been cleaned (as mentioned in the listing *Super Clean). We documented the dirty property with pictures and sent them to the host. The host stated that they can have someone clean the next day, to which this is unacceptable as we needed a place to stay that night. We are fighting with the host to get a FULL refund for our (NOT) stay. 」

「We stayed for 4 weeks with our dog, while our own house was being repaired after water damage. This townhouse is very comfortable and beautifully decorated, with plenty of light coming into the great room from all the windows. The fenced yard was perfect for our pup. We loved the location in an older, but very nice and quiet neighborhood, but still close to restaurants and stores. The hosts are accommodating and easy to deal with. Highly recommended!」

"The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. "
