“非常差的住宿經驗，這間飯店早已習慣信用卡被倒刷，這次也不例外，請各位在訂房的旅客要有心理準備接到銀行通知信用卡被盜刷，從此以後不會再住crowne plaza，全球crowne plaza都一樣，我想員工側錄信用卡已經是常態，也是集團的習慣，請各位要避免訂這家飯店。”

“第一次填寫住酒店的感受, 因為此間酒店實在太差. 當check-in後, 發現房間是沒有收拾(枕頭上還有血漬), 廁所毛巾還在地上, 花灑頭壞了. 我們跟接待處反映了. 他們亦答應在我們晚上回酒店前把所有問題解決. 當我們回到酒店, 看到雖然毛巾收拾好, 床也弄得整齊. 但枕頭上的血漬還在 而且 水龍頭也沒有維修好. 當時馬上告知接待處 他們竟然回答”sorry, I can’t help you. You need to wait until tomorrow.” 態度非常差！！ ”

“Nous avions besoin d'un logement pour 7 personnes à proximité de Pont Ste Maxence pour un mariage. Il y a 3 chambres au rdc (ch 1 : 1 lit simple, ch 2 : 1 lit double, ch 3: 1 lit double), Seule la chambre 3 dispose de placards. L'étage est une plateforme avec 2 espaces séparés par un mur au 2/3 de la largeur. Il y a dans chacun des 2 espaces 1 lit double et 1 lit simple (donc 6 couchages en tout). Cela manque d'intimité pour des adultes ou grands ados. Cuisine fonctionnelle, grande table pour……

“Les deux gites sont super pour un week-end entre amis ou en famille. Les espaces de vie commune sont hyper conviviaux, et les maisons sont bien équipées pour cuisiner à plusieurs Les seuls petits bémols sont l'absence d'intimité (chambres en enfilades) mais qui est totalement tolérable quand on reste un week-end, et les sanitaires (seulement 3 toilettes pour 25, dont 2 qui avaient des problèmes de chasse d'eau lors de notre séjour) Les procédures d'arrivée et de départ ont été très facilitées……

“Bathrooms full of mold. Description of the bedrooms is incorrect. We had 2 rooms with a double bed and 1 room with 2 single beds on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor 1 room with a double bed and 1 single bed. And that's not at all what the layout says. In the living room there is a mattress against the wall, dirty and old, without upholstery. “Die Unterkunft entspricht nicht der Beschreibung. Der Zugang geht über eine Art Hühnerleiter. Ebenso zu zwei Schlafzimmern. Zu acht nur zum Schlafen geeignet. Bei schlechtem Wetter schlecht. Einen Garten haben wir nicht gefunden. Ein Bad ist einfach zu wenig. War aber alles sauber. Die Lage ist okay. Mit Bus und Bahn ca. eine Stunde ins Zentrum. Da wir Traumwetter hatten war es aber ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Dankeschön”

“Very nice little studio, not far from the RER station giving easy access to Paris. Tried to use the shower but couldn't get it to heat up, and the communication could have been better as I didn't receive any check in details until after the allowed check in time.”

“Close to T3, you can take VAL shuttle to Parking PR, there are some hotels in that area, 25 euro dinner set, and breakfast start at 6 am. Room is big and clean, we take the early flight, 15min from hotel to T2. No free water and coffee, remember to take everything you need before you go to the airport.”
