"This is my go-to hotel in Grado. It is modern and clean and more comparable to international hotel standards than most hotels. It's walking distance to the old town. If you get a room on the side of the laguna, you have kind of a cute view of Italian boats. There are a few things I wish the hotel did differently. The AC could go a little bit lower as in some rooms, it doesn't quite get the job done (although it is OK, especially for an Italian hotel). I with the hotel had a pool. Or at least, I wish the hotel had more shaded seating on the roof-top terrasse. Without any sun protection, it is just too hot to sit up there, which pretty much nullifies that they even have that. And I am just not going to use the small indoor pool. I guess perhaps that makes more sense in the winter, but I have only visited in the summer. I like the breakfast they offer. The staff has always been great. And when in Italy, you generally have the problem that the hotel standard isn't close to international hotel standards. I like visiting Grado for a few days, as the old town is just incredible. But for the longest time, not having an adequate hotel was a downer to me, especially compared to many of the international locations I go to. But this hotel has become my favorite. It's obviously not a 5-star experience, but it isn't claiming to be. And the price is more than fair. I'd recommend it, unless you expect a pool."

"I think one of the best customer service I ever had. The Staff is super professional and friendly, from the receptionists to the domestic assistants and the bar attendants. Hotel always clean, very good breakfast. The only thing I wasn’t very happy about was the price of the parking but all the rest was perfect!!"

"Room was kinda okay. Everything worked, but a bit shabby. The location was amazing! Close to the beach and main street, with balcony overlooking the street. Absolutely fantastic location."

"Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super – ruhig gelegen und gleichzeitig ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und den Strand.Besonders begeistert waren wir vom schönen Pool, den wir jeden Tag gerne genutzt haben. Auch die Wohnung selbst hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie war gemütlich eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und insgesamt sauber.Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Die Terrasse hätte vor unserer Ankunft etwas gründlicher gereinigt werden können.Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!"

"Charming town, easy access to downtown via ferry, hotel bikes are available as it’s a big bicycling town. Hotel was elderly but very clean, good renovations, bed was super hard, room was small, gorgeous beach with the best beach chairs I’ve ever used. Breakfast buffet was a nice surprise. I would recommend for anyone on a budget or for ‘low maintenance’ people."
