About this space
The Building is a private, secure, and inviting place. Truly a rare location in the Aptos. Connected to 66 acres of undeveloped land owned by State Parks. The trails lead to the most beautiful sections of SeaCliff State Beach and New Brighton State Beach.
It also has high speed internet .
