「Great location」

「We loved the location and the apertivo time. Just make sure you leave your room before noon for housekeeping if you need it!」

「Feel like home, will definitely return when we are back to Rome. 」

「Great location, nice and quiet room. Close enough to good bars and osterisas. Lots of space to unpack items which is a change from most places. Only mark against the place was the shower water pressure was so LOW..」

「I would have to say the location was everything, it was walking distance to every sight we wanted to see while in Rome. I would definitely stay here when I go back. Nd the staff was very friendly and helpful which any questions we had. Five star for sure」

「Good service 」

「Clean and well equipped. Near the central Roma with walkable distance. The staff is easy to reach out and prompt to assist. Will consider to stay here again if ever again to visit Roma.」

Management explicitly approved a proposed solution in writing. Upon arrival, the Front Desk confirmed and implemented that agreement. Hours later, the hotel reversed its position, claiming there had been a “misunderstanding,” and demanded a significantly higher rate. Emails from management were later treated as if they...
