“The house is a bit up-hill. Better take a local taxi to drive you there. The host gave me a shortcut to walk down to the main road which is much convenient and fast for down-hill. This is a homestay, the host is living on the ground floor and 3 guestrooms on the second floor. I do love the common area upstair very much. Sit down with a cup of tea to relax for a whole day is the best moment in the house. The room is clean and comfortable. Though hot water seems not very work but still fine for……

“The views are amazing and staff friendly but we were very disappointed when they tried to scam us at dinner. After we ordered the waiter suddenly announced that all the prices in the menu was “old prices” from 2022 and that there would be extra charges. Appearantly the menu card has not been opdater for 3 years…. That kind of extortion is just unprofessional. ”

Breakfast was great, lots of food and the local menu was delicious. The road leading up to the hotel is pretty rough and our driver struggled in his little car. Other than that, we were very pleased overall and would stay here again. ”

“I LOVED my stay at Kandy Hub Guest House. It's not in the city, so you'll need a car to get there as it's a bit hard to find. The distance was totally worth it to me for the views, affordability, and attentive, friendly, and helpful staff. I really enjoyed the rooftop breakfast too. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was that the bathroom had some webs and a spider when I came in. The employee I spoke with was very receptive when I asked him to help me remove them,……
