「Stayed 2 nights with 7 family members. Staff was helpful and very nice. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was good, there was a variety. Parking was good, plenty of night light. Very near a grocery store HEB. Only disappointment was pool area could use some love. Hot tub did not work and was gross and pool did not have cloren. All staff members were awesome!!!」

「Very dissatisfied I had booked this way in advance and when we drove six hours to the hotel, they told us that there was no reservation. Trird multiple times to call the resort and they wouldn’t answer the phone. That was a busy signal. I had to call Expedia to request a refund because they told us that there was no reservations when we showed up. The guy at the desk was not helpful with all. And instead of trying to accommodate us after I showed him our booking and Expedia wanted to talk to...

「Although not necessarily impressive on the outside, this hotel was very clean and well kept on the inside. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk was so very kind, helpful and friendly. The lady at breakfast was equally the same. I had asked if they had any ketchup (wanted some for my eggs), but they didn’t. It wasn’t a big deal at all. But she went back to a room and found some ketchup packets from another restaurant and brought them out for me!...

「I didn't like that for 4 days I couldn't watch TV and the lady at the front desk was kinda rude when I asked why the TV wasn't working and she was well the satellite dish has a part broken and we didn't find out until one of the staff wanted to watch TV we had plenty of guest call about it but we thought it was the weather..the weather here was just hot and one day was windy that was it she never apologized and I told her the least they could've done was tell the guest about the situation she...

「They have a pool but refused to give towels for the pool on the first day. The staff on the following day was much nicer. The bathroom was nasty. Black/moldy caulking in the whole shower and any 10 year old could do a better caulking job then what they had done. The front door was absolutely ATROCIOUS!!!!! The beds were ok. Charged $142 for a place you would expect to pay $65 for!!」
