Banheiro da área da piscina parecia que não era limpo a dias, limpeza no meu quarto só foi um dia, e ficamos lá 5 dias, tinha que ficar pedindo papel higiênico, pq não faziam a reposição, tive a informação que era só deixar a chave na recepção se eu quisesse a limpeza no quarto, mas não foi o que aconteceu. "I paid Expedia for my booking and when I arrived at the property They charged me again . They said they didn’t get the payment from Expedia. I did the payment twice… one for the hotel and other one for Expedia. More than 1 months that happened and I didn’t get my refund back from Expedia. I have been booking hotel from different apps because I can’t trust in Expedia until they fix this problem. Right now I m loosing my money and really disappointed with Expedia . "

"Local sujo, cortinas com mofo, limpeza péssima, embaixo da cama tinha areia da praia, o guarda roupa eram duas tábuas de madeira, que inclusive estavam quebradas. As condições de limpeza estavam tão precárias que minha filha de 1 ano, asmática teve crise e precisamos trocar de lugar e a pousada obviamente não reembolsou. Além do mais, fizemos uma solicitação de um colchão adicional para a bebê e não nos atenderam com relação ao pedido, sendo que havia evidências da solicitação. Pior experiência...

"It's a cheap place in the center of Buzios, if all you need is a place to sleep for cheap, this is an ok choice. Cleanliness is sub par, I found hairs and sand from the previous occupants. Towels and sheets have permanent stains, but have been washed. During the day there seems to be 3 people in the reception, all of which would rather continue scrolling on instagram rather than working. There's also a cleaner whom I haven't interacted with directly. Night shift would often leave the...

"Our experience at Pousada Peninsula de Buzios was outstanding. They helped us with a late check-in and made us feel welcome from the very beginning. The room was spacious, fully renovated, with strong Wi-Fi and a very handy mini fridge. Breakfast was plentiful and well-balanced, the pão de queijo was absolutely amazing. But the best part was the staff: Leo, Denis, and Sabrina were always kind, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay perfect. It was an unforgettable experience, and we truly hope to come back soon."
