On the 3rd floor of the residence (with elevator), a spacious 85 sq m (915 sq ft) 2-bedroom apartment with two terraces, one facing the beach and the bay, and the other facing south, comprising:
A 42 sq m (452 sq ft) living/dining room (2 sofas, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi) opening onto a 13 sq m (140 sq ft) terrace facing the bay (table and chairs), a separate fitted and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave, induction hob and extractor hood, fridge-freezer, bean-to-cup coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc., washing machine), a hallway with two closets leading to a bathroom, a toilet, bedroom 1 (closet, three 90cm beds, one of which is on a mezzanine) opening onto a south-facing terrace (awnings, 2 sun loungers), bedroom 2 (small closet, 160cm bed) with an en-suite shower room, also on a south-facing terrace.
The residence is located on the second row of buildings on the street, in a quiet area, and offers direct access to the beach and promenade. It features an elevator, a garbage room, and a bicycle storage area (space availability not guaranteed).
You will also have two private and secure parking spaces.
Linens are not provided but can be rented through the agency; for example, a sheet and towel set is €42 per week.
End-of-stay cleaning is included.
During the winter season (mid-October to mid-March), heating costs will be charged in addition to the rent at a flat rate of €15 per day.
