LAYOUT
Once through the front door, you enter the living room, very bright with an excellent exposure thanks to the bay windows. In the living room you will find a convertible corner sofa, a modern queen size bed (160) with integrated storage and television (a possible additional bed in height), a second television in the living room, a small dining table for up to 3 people.
EQUIPMENT
The kitchen is very well equipped and opens onto the living room. It has an oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine and Nespresso coffee machine.
The bathroom is completely renovated and of very good quality, it has a large shower cubicle, a toilet and a washbasin.
From the living room, you have access to the balcony where you can enjoy the sea view. With a size of 5m2, two armchairs and a coffee table are available, ideal to admire the sunset on Arcachon.
A secure parking space is assigned to the flat, it is located outside, at the foot of the residence.
PROXIMITY
The location of the flat is simply perfect, it will allow you to access the beaches on foot, to stroll in Arcachon and its surroundings (Arcachon winter and summer town, Pereire, Moulleau) according to your convenience and to do all your shopping and errands on foot or by bike.
The Arcachon cycle path passes right below the residence, with miles of paths all along the coast.
The Thiers d'Arcachon jetty is located 50 metres from the flat, so you can easily take the boat to go and discover Cap Ferret, the village of l'herbe on the other side of the Basin, or simply discover the famous Cabanes Tchanquées of the Arcachon Basin, the Banc d'Arguin, the Dune du Pilat seen from a boat, a simple taxi boat or excursions to discover the basin
and much more.
The Arcachon market is just 50 metres away, where you will find local produce, an outdoor and indoor market on the beautiful Place des Marquises.
In addition, you can take advantage of the exhibitions, workshops and shows that the town offers during the summer
during the summer, especially during the sea festivals.
DEPOSIT
A bank imprint of 250€ will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card. You will only have to pay a service fee of 3,27€.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.
EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELLERS
Solène, a native of the region, will be there to welcome you, give you the keys and remain available
during your stay to advise you or to answer your specific requests (bike or boat rental, ideas for outings or activities, good tips, restaurants...).
Linen and towels are included.
