The living room is equipped with a sofa bed, offering not only additional sleeping space, but also a breathtaking view of the Bay of Arcachon. You can enjoy breathtaking panoramas while relaxing in the comfort of the living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped to meet your culinary needs, and you can enjoy your meals while admiring the exceptional view over the Bay of Arcachon (Nespresso machine). Every sunrise and sunset over the Bassin will become a magical moment to savor from the comfort of your own home.

Exceptional location. Located in the centre of Le Moulleau, our flat is surrounded by local shops such as a butcher, bakery and restaurants. Stroll through the lively streets and enjoy the friendly atmosphere of this popular area.
A bus stop at the bottom of the residence takes you to the ocean beaches, Arcachon station and the town centre. In addition, a cycle path at the foot of the residence makes it easy to explore the surrounding area by bike.
By bus, take line 3 from Arcachon station and get off at LE MOULLEAU/ LA JETEE.
