Appartement ideal pour une reunion de famille! Avec les grosses chaleurs nous avons apprecié les murs épais de cette très jolie villa arcachonnaise. Le salon, la salle à manger et la terrasse étaient assez grands pour nous accueillir les 10 personnes. En cas de questions ou de soucis techniques nous avons reçu très rapidement des réponses, très appréciable!Tout près de la plage, puis 15 minutes à pied du centre, la location est juste parfaite. Merci beaucoup!

Quel bonheur de revenir dans ce bel endroit

Après 6 ans, nous avons enfin passé deux semaines agréables à la Villa Saint Louis. L'extension avec les nouvelles chambres est très réussie. La conception architecturale est très exceptionnelle pour une maison de vacances et nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Le marché couvert d'Arcachon était à nouveau une expérience formidable et la cuisine de l'appartement est prédestinée pour cuisiner. Et sinon, il y a toujours La Co(o)rniche si on veut manger avec vue sur l'océan. À très bientôt et merci à Caroline de mettre ce joyau à la disposition des hôtes.

Un très bel appartement confortable avec de grands volumes et beaucoup de couchages. Si vous aimez cuisiner c'est assez bien équipé. En revanche, le parking n'est pas toujours simple.

Magnifique, appartement très bien situé au centre d’Arcachon

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement qui est très bien équipé, avec une situation très centrale sur Arcachon, ou tout peut se faire à pied : la plage, les Halles, les promenades dans la ville d’hiver ou à Pereire La décoration est magnifique, c’est un véritable plus de pourvoir garer 2 voitures , dans une cour privée , au centre ville , le service d’intendance et l’hôte sont disponibles durant tout le séjour. Ajoutez à tout cela un temps magnifique… notre séjour était parfait !

Une semaine en famille sur le bassin d’Arcachon

Le vélo et le bateau comme seuls moyens de locomotion pour découvrir des plages et des forêts magnifiques, une ville grandement préservée du béton où il fait bon vivre, en ayant pour base une très belle maison du 19eme parfaitement restaurée à deux pas de la plage et des pistes cyclables. On reviendra.

Très belle maison lumineuse très bien rénovée tout en ayant gardé son cachet d’origine. Lcalisation parfaite pour tout faire à pied (centre ville/plage) ou en bus si on le souhaite. Communication avec la propriétaire et l’intendante facile et agréable. Équipement très complet permettant un séjour agréable comme chez soi. Places de parking. Nous étions deux familles avec enfants. L’espace est bien pensé, personne ne se gêne. Très bel appartement, calme et bien situé ( quelques minutes à pieds du centre ville) et entièrement équipé. Mme Roux répond très rapidement aux questions que l’on peut se poser en amont et nous avons été très bien accueillis et renseignés sur place par la personne chargée de l’accueil. Merci beaucoup pour ce beau séjour. A refaire.

We loved the light in the appartement, the huge terrace with very comfy Bain soleil chairs for dosing or reading. The view from the terrace across trees and blue sky. The beach at the bottom of a short road. The market and town centre a short walk away, along the pleasant sea front if you choose. The owner most attentive and the entry/exit agent on the job. A beautiful appartement we would recommend to anyone, we would certainly book again ! Thank you Caroline Roux...

Beautiful apartment close to the water.

A stunningly decorated apartment with a large balcony overlooking the surrounding gardens. Very high ceiling high in the three main rooms contributes to the special atmosphere of this apartment. The two sleeping “lofts” have a much lower ceiling height, probably not suited for grownups, but perfect for kids. Well equipped kitchen. Walking distance to the beach a few minutes and to walk to the downtown area takes around 15 minutes. Recommended stay if you care about interior decoration.

L'appartement est super spacieux et nous avons aussi apprécié le charme de cette grande maison typique des villas d' Arcachon. La terrasse permet de prendre les repas dehors par beau temps , et la vue sur les arbres est superbe , c'est tres agréable . On est à environ 15 min à pied du centre ville en longeant la plage, une jolie balade. Literie excellente , équipement cuisine aussi . On a beaucoup apprécié le séjour à l'appartement et la ville ( dune, sortie en bateau ..)

Belle semaine pour decouvrir le bassin d'Arcachon, le cap Ferret et la dune du Pyla.

Appartement superbement restauré dans une demeure ancienne avec jardin. Confortable, meublé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, sa longue terrasse plein sud est appréciée. A proximité immédiate d'une très belle plage et du centre ville, son environnement calme et résidentiel en font un lieu de vacances ou nous aimerions revenir en famille.

Wunderschöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist stilvoll, schön eingerichtet und möbliert, mit einer besonders gut ausgestatteten Küche und einer wunderschönen langen Terrasse, die sich über die gesamte Länge des Hauses erstreckt und den ganzen Tag Sonne bietet. Die Terrasse hat einen großen Außengrill und ist ein schöner Ort, um als Familie den Tag mit Kochen und Plaudern ausklingen zu lassen. Die Wohnung ist nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt (ca.10 Minuten ), wir sind daher oft zu Fuß zum Markt gelaufen, um frischen Fisch und Lebensmittel zu kaufen und natürlich gutes Brot aus der nahegelegenen Boulangerie. Der schöne lange Sandstrand von Arcachon ist auch in nur ein bis zwei Minuten zu erreichen. Alles in allem ein perfekter Ort für einen ruhigen und erholsamen Familienurlaub!!! Wir hatten hier eine wunderbare Zeit, und kommen gern wieder. Herzlichen Dank auch an unsere Vermieterin, wir können das Appartement nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Nous trois, ma femme, notre fille et moi aimons nous souvenir du séjour de 18 jours dans l´appartement de Madame Roux. Tout était selon notre gout, les environs et l´aménagement intérieur, les meubles, les lampes et le concept couleur. Nous avons profité du grand balcon avec le calme du jardin et du confort de l´intérieur. La cuisine est bien équipé pour faire la cuisine. La communication avec Madame Roux était très bien et simple. Zum zweiten Mal nach 2015 haben wir vom 2. -. 9. September 2017 in der großen und sehr gut eingerichteten Wohnung einen herrlichen Familienurlaub verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt in bester Lage, verfügt über eine ganztägig sonnige Terrasse und ist bestens ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist insbesondere für einen Familienurlaub mit bis zu 5 Kindern seht gut geeignet. Wir kommen gerne nächstes Jahr wieder.

Vacances inoubliables sur le bassin dans un cadre exceptionnel

La villa Saint Louis est une superbe maison idéalement située à 2 minutes de la basilique Notre Dame d'Arcachon et à 2 minutes de la plage. L'appartement est très beau, rénové avec goût et beaucoup de soin, les grandes pièces rappellent les villas de la ville d'hiver, et la décoration est résolument design. Au final, une très belle semaine de vacances, trop courte malheureusement...
