「We enjoyed our stay! The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. They have an airport shuttle which is very convenient. They also helped us arrange a private shuttle and tour to Tikal. We loved the onsite bakery, bar, & restaurants. We really didn’t have to venture off the property. My one feedback is bugs seem inevitable, maybe better pest control. 」

「Clean room」

「Day staff was very helpful. Nice having coffee available in the lobby in tbe mornings. When we had early morning pick-ups the night staff would make the coffee earlier so we could get some. Excellent location. And our balcony overlooking tbe lake was a gem. The room cleaning person made a different towel animal on our beds every day. So sweet. 」

「Very nice big apartment on the Island of Flores. Google maps marks the building that lies on the other side of the road, so was a bit confused where the apartment was.」

「Bills from the restaurant can’t be charged to the room. Also you’ll get wet if it’s raining from the hotel to the restaurant 」

「Flores eignet sich gut als Startpunkt für Tagesausflüge z.B. nach Tikal. Das Hotel ist ausschließlich mit einem Hauseigenen Boot erreichbar. Das Zimmer wurde während des Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt. Wer die absolute Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig. Hotelpersonal war nur selten zu sehen. 」
